❔ How do I adjust the lumbar support?
The lumbar support can be easily adjusted in height by moving it up or down. Ensure the support is positioned just above your belt line for optimal support.
❔ What is the warranty on the HÅG Futu?
HÅG provides a 10-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects with normal use (up to 9 hours per day). For 24/7 use, the warranty is 5 years.

How do I adjust the HÅG Futu 1200?
The HÅG Futu is designed to be easily adjusted to your body and work posture. Follow these steps to perfectly set up your chair:
Step 1: Adjust seat height
- Use the lever on the left under the seat to adjust the height.
- Ensure your feet are flat on the ground and there is an open angle between your thighs and upper body (>90 degrees).
Step 2: Adjust seat depth
- Press the button on the right under the seat and slide the backrest forward or backward.
- The seat depth is correctly adjusted when there is a 3-4 finger space between the seat and the back of your knees. This prevents pressure on blood vessels.
Step 3: Adjust lumbar support
- You can easily adjust the lumbar support height by using the two buttons on the backrest with both hands simultaneously.
- Ensure the support sits just above your belt line for optimal support.
Step 4: Adjust swing resistance
- Use the slider on the right under the seat to adjust the swing resistance.
- Turn outward: lighter swing motion.
- Turn inward: heavier swing motion.
Step 5: Lock the swing function
- The slider under the seat on the left allows you to lock the chair in a horizontal position.
- We recommend keeping the chair unlocked so it follows your movements throughout the day.
Step 6 & 7: Armrests (optional)
- Adjust the height of the armrests using the button on the inside of the armrest.
- The armrests can easily be moved forward, backward, and sideways for optimal support while typing.
- To adjust the armrests in width, use the handle at the base of the armrest (7).
