How are office chairs transported?
Our office chairs are delivered unassembled in the original factory packaging. This packaging consists of a sturdy cardboard box that contains all the parts of the chair, including accessories and the user manual. This ensures that the chair arrives safely and undamaged.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. With this link, you can follow the progress of your delivery in real-time.
For Interstuhl and Se7en office chairs delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands, there is an exception: these chairs are delivered fully assembled in a protective cover, directly to your home.

Ordering multiple chairs or larger chairs? If you’ve ordered multiple chairs or if the chair is too large for standard shipping, we will contact you. In this case, the shipment will be placed on a Europallet and delivered by our carrier. This ensures that even larger orders are delivered safely and efficiently.
