❔ What is the warranty period for the RH Logic 400? The RH Logic 400 comes with a 10-year warranty for normal use (up to 8 hours per day). For intensive use, such as 24-hour work environments, a 5-year warranty applies. The standard maximum user weight is 150 kg.

Our office chairs are delivered disassembled in the original factory packaging. This sturdy cardboard box contains all the parts of the chair, including accessories and the user manual. This ensures the chair arrives safely and undamaged.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to track your delivery in real-time.
If you have ordered multiple chairs or the chair is too large for standard shipping, we will contact you. In that case, the shipment will be placed on a Euro pallet and shipped via our carrier. This ensures that larger orders are delivered safely and efficiently!
