Giroflex provides a 5-year warranty on material defects and manufacturing defects for standard use up to 9 hours per day. For seating solutions for 24/7 use, a 3-year warranty applies.
Normal wear of the office chair and upholstery is reasonably expected and is not covered by the warranty, as is abnormal and improper use.
The warranty covers the cost of the part to be replaced. Any transportation and assembly costs are not covered.
