Can I return my purchased products?  

Yes, you can return your purchased products, but there are some general conditions that must be met in order to accept a return:

General conditions for returns:

  • Notification within 14 days: Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Exceptions: Products that are not supplied from stock or are specially made for the customer in a specific fabric or finish cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Condition of the product: The product must be in unused and saleable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
  • Proof of purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to accept a return.
  • Return shipping costs: The cost of returning the item is always at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return procedure:

  1. Notification: Contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt via ​info@ergonomio.com to register the return and receive specific instructions.
  2. Packaging: Pack the products carefully in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.
  3. Documents: Include the proof of purchase and your IBAN account number with the return. ​

Refund:

  • Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned products, the refund will be processed. ​
  • Timeframe: The refund will be transferred within 10 working days after the return is accepted, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping costs: Any shipping costs for the original purchase will not be refunded unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.​
  • Non-accepted returns: If the returned product does not meet the general return conditions after inspection, it will remain your property and can be picked up again within 10 working days, unless otherwise agreed.​

Exceptions:

  • Custom-made products: Products that are not supplied from stock and/or specially made for the customer cannot be refunded, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Business customers: The European right of withdrawal does not apply to VAT-registered business customers.
