My product was delivered defective, what should I do?

If your product was delivered defective, we are happy to help resolve this as quickly as possible. Please follow the steps below to find the best solution together:

  1. Send us an email: Contact us at ​info@ergonomio.com. Please include clear photos of the defective product and a description of the issue.
  2. Our approach: Once we have received your report, we will work with you to find the best solution. In some cases, simply sending the specific damaged part may be sufficient. Many parts can be easily replaced by the customer.
  3. Support with replacement: We offer support via email, including instructional videos, or we can assist you over the phone to help you replace the part yourself.
  4. Return for larger defects: If there is a mechanical defect that cannot be resolved remotely, the product will be returned for inspection by a technician. If necessary, we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
