Yes, it is possible to have your office chair repaired even if it is out of warranty. Please follow the steps below:

1. Send us an email: Contact us via​ info@ergonomio.com. Attach a clear photo of the sticker on the underside of the chair seat, along with a description of the issue and photos of the damage.
   
2. Repair quote: Based on the information you provide, we will send you a quote for the necessary repairs and replacement parts. Note: Some chairs may have undergone a revision over time, and certain replacement parts may no longer be available. We will inform you of this in the quote.
   
3. Repair options: We can send you the necessary parts so that you can carry out the repair yourself.
   
4. On-site technician: If needed, we can send a technician to your location for the repair, but this service is only available in Belgium and the Netherlands.
