- Contact us via info@ergonomio.com. In your email, provide a clear description of the issue.
- Attach photos and/or videos of the defective product and, if possible, a photo of the sticker under the seat (for office chairs) or the serial number. This helps us quickly identify the correct product and necessary parts.
- Evaluation of your warranty claim:
- We will check if your product is still under warranty. By default, you are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty, but depending on the brand, this warranty may be longer.
- If your product is out of warranty, we still offer paid repair options.
- Solution proposal:
- Depending on the defect, sometimes it’s enough to replace a specific part. In that case, we will send you the replacement part. Many parts can be easily replaced with our support.
- Support: We provide assistance via email, instructional videos, or by phone to help you replace the part yourself.
- Returning or sending a new product:
- If we need to take your product back or send you a new product, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This also applies to defects covered under warranty; the parts are covered, but shipping costs are not.
- Return for repair:
- For larger defects or mechanical problems that cannot be resolved on-site or by the customer, the product will be returned for inspection by a technician. We will arrange for the repair or replacement of the product.
- On-site technician (Belgium and the Netherlands only):
- If there is a mechanical defect that cannot be resolved remotely, we will send a technician on-site for inspection and repair. This is only available in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Repair quote for out-of-warranty products:
- For products that are out of warranty, we will send you a repair quote for the necessary repairs and replacement parts. Please note that some parts may no longer be available for older products that have undergone revisions. We will inform you of this in the quote.
