- The product has an undamaged and original product sticker
- If the product is a medical device in accordance with MDR 2017/745, and manufactured as of May 17, 2021, the product bears an undamaged and original UDI identification label (CE)
- The product is in original condition and consists of the original parts
- Electronic components and the upholstery type K11 (artificial leather) have a warranty of 2 years
- Score products are used in a designated environment with normal usage of 8 hours per day
