1. How are the chairs transported?

The office chair is supplied to you in the factory packaging through our carrier. This packaging is a cardboard box containing the ergonomic office chair with its accessories, seat and user manual.  

2. How can I pay you?

Credit card
You can pay by VISA and MASTERCARD. This payment is safely executed through Ogone. We have opted for an extremely reliable, independent payments operator.
Ogone is active in the European Union and safely deals with payment for thousands of trade internet shops. Your order will be processed immediately following payment.

By transfer/postal giro
You can also pay by transfer/postal giro into our bank account (indicating your order number). Your order will be processed after we have received your payment. This means that your order can be executed only several days after your transfer.

4. What is HAG’s factory guarantee?

HAG offers a 10-year guarantee on material defects and production errors for all office chairs supplied with the HAG Total Colour (HTC) standard collection. Normal wear and tear on the office chair and upholstery may reasonably be expected and is not covered by the guarantee, nor is abnormal and improper use. The 10-year guarantee applies on use for up to 8 hours a day. The guarantee covers the cost of the part to be replaced. Any carriage and assembly expenses are not covered. 5. What is the carriage cost?

Carriage costs are free above a certain order amount and are depending on your country. We refer to our transport table to get the right transport price
